Roy Allen OGuinn is a Nevada state prisoner who has sued prison officials claiming they denied him accommodation and treatment for his mental illness. The district court dismissed the suit pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act ("PLRA"), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1997e et seq., for OGuinns failure to exhaust administrative remedies prior to filing suit. OGuinn appealed. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
